How many times have you heard – drink eight to ten glasses of water every day? How often do you actually drink that much pure water?

body was once more than 70% water and now, if you’re like most people

The bodies of most hospitalised elderly are less than 50% water.

80% less likely to develop bladder cancer than women who drank the least.
